4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 tablespoon(s) rub
1/4 cup(s) olive oil
Roughly chopped jar mushrooms
colby jack cheese
Soak chicken breasts in juice of 2 lemons, 3T of your favorite rub (I use a jerk rub) and olive oil for 1hr.
Preheat grill to 275 degrees (medium). (I recommend hickory pellets)
Grill chicken on the Traeger until internal temp is 160 degrees.
Transfer to a cookie sheet.
Top with cheese, mushrooms, ready bacon, and more cheese.
Broil at 500 degrees until cheese is melted and toppings are hot. YUM!!!
