4 lb. Leg of Lamb
1/4 cup(s) Olive Oil
2 tablespoon(s) Garlic Salt
1 tablespoon(s) Ground Black Pepper
1 teaspoon(s) Basil
1 teaspoon(s) Rosemary
Bring Leg of Lamb to room temperature and coat with oil and sprikle with dry rub.
Cook at 250 for prox 4 hours or until IT Temp is 140 degrees. Remove and let rest for 20 - 30 minutes and serve with mint sauce.
