Ingredients:
  • 4 lb. Leg of Lamb
  • 1/4 cup(s) Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Garlic Salt
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Basil
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Rosemary

Preperation Steps
  • Bring Leg of Lamb to room temperature and coat with oil and sprikle with dry rub.
  • Cook at 250 for prox 4 hours or until IT Temp is 140 degrees. Remove and let rest for 20 - 30 minutes and serve with mint sauce.
