  • Chicken wings
  • 1 can(s) Beer
  • 3 tablespoon(s) Traeger Poultry Shake
  • 3 tablespoon(s) Hot Horseradish Cream
  • 3 tablespoon(s) Horseradish Mustard
  • 2-1/2 teaspoon(s) Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire Sauce

Preperation Steps
  • Mix all ingredients together in a large container or split up into two 1 gallon zip-loc bags. Let marinate for 8 hours or overnight.
  • Start Traeger grill on smoke with lid open until fire is established; switch to medium (300 F on thermostat). Place wings on grill and reserve marinade for basting.
  • Close lid and cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Brush wings with marinade and cook for another 30 minutes.
  • Turn wings over; brush with marinade; close lid and cook until done.
  • (optional to switch to smoke and cook for 30 minutes before serving) Hickory pellets were used
