Dutton's Dirty Wings
1 can(s) Beer
3 tablespoon(s) Traeger Poultry Shake
3 tablespoon(s) Hot Horseradish Cream
3 tablespoon(s) Horseradish Mustard
2-1/2 teaspoon(s) Lime Juice
1 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire Sauce
Mix all ingredients together in a large container or split up into two 1 gallon zip-loc bags. Let marinate for 8 hours or overnight.
Start Traeger grill on smoke with lid open until fire is established; switch to medium (300 F on thermostat). Place wings on grill and reserve marinade for basting.
Close lid and cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
Brush wings with marinade and cook for another 30 minutes.
Turn wings over; brush with marinade; close lid and cook until done.
(optional to switch to smoke and cook for 30 minutes before serving) Hickory pellets were used
