Ingredients:
1 Store bought corned beef flat about 3-4 pounds
1 tablespoon(s) cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon(s) ground corriander
1 pack corned beef spice (comes in package)
Preperation Steps
Open and rinse corned beef in cold water and pat dry
Combine the spices to make a rub and cover the corned beef and let come up to room temperature
Start the Traeger on smoke untill lit and pre heat to 225
Place the meat on the grill fat side up. If you have a digital thermometer use it
cook to an internal temperature of 175 then wrap in foil and in towels and place in an insulated cooler for 1 hour
slice as thin as possible across the grain Pile high on rye or sube rolls and enjoy (if you have a meat slicer it use it )
