  • One tube pizza dough
  • 8 ounce(s) Thinly sliced Pepperoni (sandwich pepperoni is best)
  • 8 ounce(s) Thinly sliced Provolone cheese
  • 2 cup(s) Grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Italian seasoning
  • 1/3 cup(s) Extra virgin olive oil

Preperation Steps
  • Open sough and sprerad out in a 9x13 or so rectangle, be gentle and don't make holes
  • Brush on a nice coat of olive oil, don't be stingy
  • Sprinkle on some Itialian seasoning
  • Lay down a single layer of pepperoni. Leave about one inch open on each side for sealing
  • Lay down a layer of provolone followed by mozzzarella
  • Laydown another layer of pepperoni
  • Form the long side roll up jell roll style and pinch the seam together and pinch the ends together and fold under. Keep as tight as you can. If you get holes pinch them together
  • Place on a foil lined baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed with non stick and dusted with cornmeal start the Traeger on smoke and preheat to 350 cook until deep golden brown cool 20 min before slicing. Enjoy
