Duck Breast Kabobs
2 Duck Breasts
1 tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon(s) Minced Garlic
1/4 cup(s) Brown Sugar
1/2 cup(s) Worcestershire Sauce
7 Whole Fresh Jalapeno peppers
1-1/2 pound(s) Thick sliced peppered bacon
Strip the duck breast lengthwise in approximately 1/4" thick slices, place in a Ziploc bag with marinade. Leave the duck in the marinade approx. 3 1/2 hours. Note: The FoodSaver Marinator reduces this process significantly
Seed and core the jalapeno peppers and slice into 1/4" rings. Set aside.
Wrap duck breast around a jalapeno ring, turn around and wrap a half-slice of bacon around duck and jalapeno. Place 5 kabos on skewer, leaving space between each one.
Place skewers on a hot grill (375 degrees) for 8 minutes. Turn and cook an additional 8 minutes
