Spicy Chili Garlic Chicken

  • 4 pounds skinless chicken breast
  • 8 ounce(s) Huy Fong Chili Garlic sauce
  • 1/2 cup(s) Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Sugar or Honey
  • 1-1/2 tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice

Preperation Steps
  • Mix the Chili Garlic sauce, Soy sauce, sugar and lemon juice together to make the marinade. Pour into a 1 gallon zip-top bag.
  • Prepare the chicken breasts: cut slits in the meat about one inch apart to aid in marinade absorption. Add your skinless chicken breasts to the zip-top bag with the marinade. Put it in the refrigerator overnight.
  • When ready to start cooking, turn the Traeger on Smoke with the lid open. After the fire is started, and smoke dissipates, close the lid and pre-heat for 5 minutes. Smoke the chicken for 1 hour and 30 minutes, then turn the temperature up to 350 for another 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
  • Remove the chicken breasts from the grill, wrap in foil and let rest 10-20 minutes. Remove foil and Enjoy!
