Spicy Chili Garlic Chicken
4 pounds skinless chicken breast
8 ounce(s) Huy Fong Chili Garlic sauce
1/2 cup(s) Low Sodium Soy Sauce
2 tablespoon(s) Sugar or Honey
1-1/2 tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
Mix the Chili Garlic sauce, Soy sauce, sugar and lemon juice together to make the marinade. Pour into a 1 gallon zip-top bag.
Prepare the chicken breasts: cut slits in the meat about one inch apart to aid in marinade absorption. Add your skinless chicken breasts to the zip-top bag with the marinade. Put it in the refrigerator overnight.
When ready to start cooking, turn the Traeger on Smoke with the lid open. After the fire is started, and smoke dissipates, close the lid and pre-heat for 5 minutes. Smoke the chicken for 1 hour and 30 minutes, then turn the temperature up to 350 for another 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
Remove the chicken breasts from the grill, wrap in foil and let rest 10-20 minutes. Remove foil and Enjoy!
