PB&J Burger

Juicy hamburger topped with peanut butter and jelly, bacon candy, in a gourmet bun.

Serves: 4

Recipe Ingredients

Bacon Candy

  • 16 oz Thick Cut Bacon
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar

Hamburger

  • 2 lbs 80/20 ground chuck
  • 2 oz Kosher Salt and Coarse Ground Pepper to taste
  • 2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Jelly
  • 4 piece Cheese
  • 4 piece Hamburger Buns

Recipe Instructions

  1. Season the bacon with salt and pepper then sprinkle with brown sugar. Set grill to 275 degrees and cook for 20 minutes. When the top of the bacon is bubbly, brush with Traeger Apricot BBQ sauce. Let sauce set for 5 minutes. Remove bacon and set aside until ready to use.
  2. Shape your burger and season with a heavy coating of salt and pepper. Set grill to high and cook for 7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Add cheese during the last 5 minutes of cooking time. Spread a layer of peanut butter and jelly on bun. Top bun with any other desired condiments (i.e. lettuce, tomatoes, onion, etc.). Add burger, smash down firmly and enjoy.

No Limits Ribs

Take 2 racks of side ribs that are St. Louis style cut. Score the under belly. Use Camp 31 Pork rub and leave overnight wrapped in plastic. Use Hickory pellets in your Traegar. Set ribs on smoke for 3 hours. Then foil wrap and increase temp to 225 for 2 hours. Last hour unwrap the ribs and Use No Limits BBQ sauce. Slice and serve.

  • 32 oz Pork Side Ribs
  • 6 tbsp Camp 31 Pork Rub

Recipe Instructions

  1. Rub side ribs with Pork rub and leave overnight.
  2. Use hickory pellets. Set ribs on grill. Set traeger to smoke. For 3 hours.
  3. Wrap ribs in foil. Set temp to 225 for 2 hours.
  4. Unwrap ribs and smother in no Limits BBQ sauce. Cook max 1 hour.
