These Adobo Skewers are soaked in zestful flavor - just sauce them and let them chill out overnight, then grill 'em hot and fast tomorrow for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Chicken Breasts, diced into 1-inch cubes4
Canola Oil1 Tbsp.
Garlic, minced2 tsp.
Onion Powder2 tsp.
Rice Vinegar3/4 cup
Soy Sauce1/4 cup
Honey3 Tbsp.
Lime, zested2
Limes, juiced2
Salt and Pepperas needed
Traeger Skewers6-8
Recommended Hardwood Pellets:Alder

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients, including the chicken, in a large bowl.

Cover the mixture and refrigerate overnight.

When ready to cook, start your Traeger on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4-5 minutes). Set the temperature to High (450F) and preheat, lid closed (10-15 minutes).

Place the marinated chicken on the skewers and grill on the Traeger, turning occasionally until cooked (12-15 minutes).

Serve with grilled limes.
