1/2 Cup Traeger Apricot BBQ Sauce or Apricot Jam
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 Pound Breakfast Sausage Links
In a small saucepan, combine the Traeger Barbecue sauce and mustard and warm over low heat. Keep warm.
When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 350℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
Arrange the sausage links on the grill grate, turning once or twice with tongs, until cooked through, 10 to 15 minutes. Using tongs, roll several sausages at a time in the barbecue sauce and mustard mixture, and return to the grill for 2 to 3 minutes to set the glaze.
Serve with the remaining glaze. Enjoy!
