This fruit will be your new summer go-to. Brushed with a brown sugar-honey glaze and grilled on the Traeger, it’s perfect to serve as a side, over ice cream, or even in a cocktail.

Ingredients

1 cup HONEY

1/2 cup BROWN SUGAR

2 tsp GROUND CINNAMON

1 PINEAPPLE, PEELED

Preparation

When ready to cook, start the Traeger according to grill instructions. Set the temperature to 450 degrees F (set to 500 degrees F if using a WiFire enabled grill) and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

In a medium bowl, mix together cinnamon and sugar. Coat pineapple well with cinnamon sugar.

Drizzle pineapple with honey and coat well.

Place pineapple directly on the grill grate and cook for 30 minutes total rotating occasionally.

Remove from grill and drizzle with additional honey if desired. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
