Best burgers I've ever made
It seemed like a lot of effort to go to to make some burgers but it was totally worth it. Great smoky flavour (used mesquite) and cooked perfectly (med-rare).

Don
Do you leave the grill on smoke for two hours or is there a temperature to set for cooking the hamburgers

Smokin
OMG that was incredible! Skeptical too with the two hours but it is exactly timed to Smokey moist goodness that you don’t want to not try. It’s so Smokey that you prolly won’t do this every time but Try it, enjoy it. Eat it up . I added a smoked garlic butter for the brioche buns I put wrapped in foil on the Traeger !! Awesome!
