Feed your burger needs with this zestfully delicious, yet healthy hamburger.


3 lb. (3/4 per burger) Snake River Farms Ground Beef or Bison

2 Tbsp. Shallot, Finely Chopped

1 tsp. Garlic Powder

1 tsp. Chili Powder

1 tsp. Yellow Mustard

4 slices Cheddar, Reduced-Fat

4 Whole-Wheat Hamburger Buns or Boston Bib Lettuce

for serving Lettuce, Tomato Slices, Pickles


Mix meat, shallots, garlic powder, chili powder, and mustard together in a mixing bowl and form into 4 round balls.

When ready to cook, start your Traeger on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4-5 minutes). Set the temperature to 450° F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

Cook the burgers until desired internally temp is to your liking.

Serve with lettuce, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, and pickle. Enjoy!
