Grilled Wagyu Burgers

Create a steakhouse quality burger in your own backyard. We’re taking top-of-the-line Wagyu beef and infusing it with our signature wood-fired flavor for an elevated take on a household staple.

Ingredients

2 lb SNAKE RIVER FARMS WAGYU GROUND BEEF

SALT AND PEPPER, TO TASTE

BURGER BUNS

BUTTER LETTUCE

HEIRLOOM TOMATOES, SLICED

RED ONION, SLICED

AMERICAN CHEESE

Preparation

When ready to cook, set the temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
 
Form six burger patties and season liberally with salt and pepper. 
 
When the grill is hot, place burger patties directly on the grill grate and cook for 4 minutes. 
 
Flip the burgers, top with cheese and cook for 4 minutes longer. 
 
Remove from grill and let rest 2 minutes. 
 
Build your burger and top with desired condiments. Enjoy!
