Outrageously delicious sides don't have to be overly complicated and fancy. You just need some fresh, seasonal ingredients, a drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkle of salt and a little quality time on your Traeger.

Cut squash in half and lightly coat with mixture of olive oil, Traeger Veggie Shake, and Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan.
Wrap in foil with 1/2 cup (120mL) of water.
When ready to cook, start temperature to 450F (230C)and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Place squash on grill for 45 minutes. Remove from grill and unwrap. Enjoy!
