When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to 375 degrees F and preheat, lid closed for 10-15 minutes.
For the honey glazed grapefruit: Slice one grapefruit in half and coat with 2 tablespoons honey. Take another grapefruit and slice into wheels. Toss the grapefruit wheel in 2 tablespoons granulated sugar until coated well.
Place the grapefruit wheels and halves directly on the grill grate, cut side down and cook for 20 to 30 minutes. Remove from grill and set the wheels aside.
Squeeze the halves into a measuring cup. It should measure about 2 oz.
Pour the grapefruit juice into a shaker and add bourbon, agave and ice and shake for 10-15 seconds.
Pour into a class, add ice and fill with beer. Garnish with grilled grapefruit wheel. Enjoy!
