Trust us when we say that this is a wood-fired cocktail like no other. Grilled orange juice, Traeger BBQ sauce, lemon, honey, bourbon and beer come together to get your next party started right.
When ready to cook, set temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
Place orange halves cut side down and orange slices directly on the grill grate and cook 15-20 minutes for halves and about 10 minutes for slices or until grill marks develop. Reserve slices for garnish.
Once halves are cool enough to handle, juice and reserve.
Mix 1 oz Traeger 'Que BBQ sauce with water and set aside.
Fill two pint glasses with ice. Pour one ounce of lemon juice in each, followed by 0.25 oz honey, 2 oz grilled orange juice, 2 oz of bourbon, 1 oz BBQ sauce water and stir well.
Top off cocktail with 6 oz beer and a grilled orange slice. Enjoy!
