Not much beats crab legs and these wood-fired legs are smokin'. Fresh crab legs are doused in an herb garlic butter, grilled and served with fresh lemons for the ultimate take on this seafood favorite.

  • 3 Tablespoon Fresh Herbs (Parsley, Chives, Tarragon), finely chopped

  • 4 Pound King Crab Legs or Dungeness Crab Leg Clusters

  • 3 Whole Lemons, cut into wedges

    When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 375℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

    Place the butter, garlic, herbs, and a pinch of salt into a small cast iron sauce pan. Place on grill for 5 minutes to melt. Remove from grill and stir.

    Ingredients
    • 12 Tablespoon butter

    • 3 Tablespoon Fresh Herbs (Parsley, Chives, Tarragon), finely chopped

    If using king crab legs, split down the center and pour herb butter over meat reserving a quarter for serving. If using crab clusters, toss clusters with herb butter in a large mixing bowl reserving a quarter for serving.

    Place crab legs directly on the grill grate, meat side up. Grill for 5 to 10 minutes or until hot and beginning to develop a little char on the shell.
