Rub the salt and Blackened Saskatchewan Rub into pork chops.
When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on smoke with the lid open until fire is established (4-5 minutes). Set the temperature to 450 degrees F and preheat, lid closed 10-15 minutes.
Place pork chops directly on grill grate and cook for 30 minutes flipping once halfway through.
Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes. Enjoy!
