This cocktail packs a serious punch. If you're a fan of bourbon, fresh citrus and apple ale, this cocktail's for you. Bottoms up!

  • 4 Whole oranges, halved

  • agave

  • 3 Ounce B&B French Brandy

  • 1 Ounce bourbon

  • 3 Ounce grilled orange juice

  • 1 Ounce Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup

  • 1 Ounce lemon juice

  • 4 Dash bitters

  • 2 Bottle Redd's Apple Ale

  • grilled orange peel, for garnish

  • grilled lemon peel, for garnish

    When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 350°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

    Grilled Orange Juice: Brush halved oranges with agave and place face down directly on the grill grate. Grill for 20 to 30 minutes or until slightly charred. Let cool and extract juices.

    • 4 Whole oranges, halved

    Grilled Orange and Lemon Peels: Toss the thin peel of lemon and orange in granulated sugar. Place on grill and cook until oils caramelize and show a toasted edge.

    In a shaker glass, combine all ingredients except the Redd's Apple Ale. Add ice and shake.

    • 1 Ounce Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup

    • 1 Ounce lemon juice

    • 4 Dash bitters

    Pour over ice and top off with Redd's Apple Ale and garnish with a grilled orange and lemon peel. Enjoy!
