Bourbon and peaches are a drink match made in heaven. Sugar-crusted peaches are grilled and caramelized over mesquite wood, muddled with smoked simple syrup and bitters, and shaken with your bourbon of choice for a fruity pour.

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 325°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
Toss peach slices with granulated sugar and place directly on grill grate. Cook for 20 minutes or until grill marks form. Remove from grill and let cool.
Place peaches and Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup into tin and muddle. Peaches should form about an ounce of juice during the muddling. Once completed, add remaining ingredients and shake.
Pour contents into glass over fresh ice and garnish with fresh thyme. Enjoy!
