What's this?

Say aloha to burger paradise. Our recipe transforms this Hawaiian classic into a burger of epic proportions, complete with pasta salad, juicy beef patties, and a fried egg, all doused in rich gravy.

Ingredients

  • Ounce ground beef, 80% lean

  • 3 Tablespoon kosher salt

  • 2 Tablespoon black pepper

  • Cup Beef Gravy

  • 2 Cup Rice, Cooked

  • 4 eggs

  • burger buns

  • 2 Cup Hawaiian Pasta Salad

Steps

  • 1

When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 375℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
  • 2

Divide the ground beef into four, 6 oz portions and shape into patties. Season the patties with salt and pepper.
  • 3

Place the patties on the grill and flip after six minutes cook time.
  • 4

Check the internal temperature of the patties. Burgers are done when they reach an internal temperature of 165℉.
  • 5

While the patties are cooking, heat the gravy and the rice. Cook the eggs over easy.
  • 6

To assemble the burger: Start with the bottom of the bun, 1/4 cup rice, 1/4 cup pasta salad, a hamburger patty, gravy, a fried egg, and the top of the bun.
  • 7

    Serve while hot. Enjoy!
