These wings make Asian BBQ fusion perfection. Chicken wings are marinated with peanut butter, soy sauce and given a spicy kick with Sriracha, grilled hot and fast over hickory and topped with fresh scallions and peanuts.
How many people are you serving?
In a small bowl combine peanut butter, Sriracha, soy sauce, Worcestershire, minced garlic and mix well.
Combine wings and half of the marinade in a Ziploc bag and toss to coat. Reserve the remaining marinade.
Place in the fridge and marinate 3-4 hours.
When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 350℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
Place wings directly on the grill grate and cook 35-40 minutes flipping every 5 minutes until internal temperature of the wings registers 165℉.
Remove from grill and serve with reserved marinade to dip. Top with chopped peanuts and scallions if desired. Enjoy!
