2 Pork Short Rib Racks With At Least 1 1/2-2" of Meat On Bone
As Needed Traeger Pork & Poultry Rub
Clean and trim short ribs. Season generously on all sides with Traeger Pork and Poultry rub.
When ready to cook, set temperature to 250℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
Place ribs directly on the grill grate and cook for 4-6 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 202-204℉ when an instant read thermometer is inserted in the thickest part of meat. Spritz with apple juice every hour if desired.
Remove from grill and allow to rest 10 minutes before slicing. Cut into individual ribs and serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
