Hardwood Apple

Experience the wood-fired difference with this Grilled Lemon Pepper Pork Tenderloin recipe. Tenderloin on a Traeger means you can count on juicy, perfectly cooked pork every time. Add in a zesty lemon pepper marinade, plus pure hardwood flavor, and you’ll be in hog heaven.

Ingredients

Zest of 2 Lemons

1 Clove Garlic, Minced

1 tsp Fresh Parsley, Minced

1 tsp Lemon Juice

1/4 tsp Black Pepper

1/2 tsp Kosher Salt

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 (2 lb) Pork Tenderloin

Preparation

In a small bowl whisk together first 7 ingredients.

Trim all silverskin and excess fat from the tenderloin. Place in a large Ziploc bag. Pour the marinade over the tenderloin and zip closed.

Transfer to the refrigerator and marinate for at least 2 hours but no more than 8.

When ready to cook, set temperature to 375˚F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Remove the tenderloins from the bag and discard the marinade. When the grill is hot, place them directly on the grill grate and cook 15-20 minutes, flipping once halfway through until the internal temperature reaches 145˚F.

Remove from the heat and let rest 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Enjoy!
