Smoked PORK LOIN

Pork loin is a delicious cut from the back of the hog. Forget store bought pork loin, grab a fresh tender slab from the butcher and give it a rub down with our savory Traeger rub.

Ingredients

Preparation

Season pork loin on all sides with Traeger Rub.

When ready to cook, set temperature to 180℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Place pork loin on the grill grates, on a diagonal and smoke for 3 to 4 hours.

Increase grill temperature to 350℉ and cook for 20 to 30 minutes.

Remove from grill, cut into 1-1/2" steaks. Enjoy!
