BBQ Pork Belly

Looking for a savory meat you can use with just about anything? This BBQ pork belly is seasoned with Traeger Pork & Poultry rub, salt, pepper, and roasted over applewood for a smokin' delicious protein.

Ingredients

1 (3 lb) pork belly, skin removed

4 tbsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Preparation

When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 275℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, season pork belly on both sides with salt, pepper and Traeger Pork & Poultry rub.

Place pork belly directly on the grill grate and cook for 3 to 3-1/2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 200℉.

Remove from grill and let rest 10-15 minutes before slicing.

Serve in tacos, mac and cheese, nachos, or your favorite dish. Enjoy!
