This simple and easy to make grilled portobello burger recipe is a healthy and tasty alternative to the standard hamburger.

Ingredients

  • 6 Whole Portobello Mushroom

  • 1 Teaspoon Thyme Leaves, finely chopped

  • 1 Teaspoon Rosemary, finely chopped

  • 3 Tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 To Taste Jacobsen Salt Co. Pure Kosher Sea Salt

  • 1 To Taste ground black pepper

  • 6 Whole Brioche Buns

  • 1 As Needed iceberg lettuce

  • 1 As Needed red onion, sliced

  • 1 As Needed tomato ketchup

    When ready to cook, set temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal results, set to 500℉ if available.

    Mix together fresh herbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Rub over mushrooms.

    Grill both sides of mushrooms for approximately 5-7 minutes on each side.
