BBQ Chicken Breasts

Our Sweet & Heat BBQ Sauce doubles as a marinade, making this dish about as easy as it gets. Make it for a quick and delicious weeknight meal.

Ingredients

4-6 BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST

1 1/2 cups TRAEGER SWEET & HEAT BBQ SAUCE

SALT AND PEPPER, TO TASTE

1 tbsp CHOPPED PARSLEY, to garnish

Preparation

Place chicken breasts and 1 cup of Traeger Sweet & Heat BBQ sauce in a Ziploc bag and marinate overnight.

When ready to cook, start your Traeger according to grill instructions. Turn temperature to 450 degrees F (set to 500 degrees F if using a WiFIRE-enabled grill) and preheat, lid closed for 10-15 minutes.

Remove chicken from marinade and season with salt and pepper.

Place directly on the grill grate and cook for 10 minutes on each side flipping once or until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees F.

Brush remaining sauce on chicken while on the grill and continue to cook 5-10 minutes longer or until a finished internal temperature of 165 degrees F.

Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Enjoy!
