For the sauce, place all ingredients, except the chicken wings, in a blender and mix until smooth.
Pour the sauce into a resealable plastic bag and place the wings in the bag, turning to coat thoroughly. Let marinate for 1 hour or overnight.
When ready to cook, start your Traeger on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4-5 minutes). Increase the temperature to 350 and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Place wings on the grill and cook for 30 minutes.
