Ingredients

  • 6 Pound Pork Loin, boneless

  • 1 Teaspoon chili powder

  • 1 Teaspoon granulated garlic

  • 1 Teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 Teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/4 Teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 1/4 salt

  • 1/4 Teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 Cup Pineapple, chunks/crush

  • 1 Cup Mango, diced

  • 1 Cup Strawberries, fresh

  • 1 Tablespoon minced cilantro leaves

  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 Teaspoon pepper

  • 1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder

Steps

  • 1

Coat the pork loin with the rub mix; set aside.
  • 2

When ready to cook, set the temperature to 450F and preheat with the lid closed for 10-15 minutes.
  • 3

Place the pork loin on the grill and turn every few minutes, closing the lid between each turn, until it is seared all around. Reduce heat to 350F. Cook until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 150F.
