Grilled Blackened Saskatchewan Salmon

This simple recipe really lets the flavor shine. Start with a salmon fillet, brush with Italian dressing and sprinkle on Traeger’s Blackened Saskatchewan Rub. That’s it. Grill fish for 20-30 minutes at 325 degrees and you’re set!

Ingredients

1 Salmon Fillet

Zesty Italian Dressing, as needed

Lemon Wedges, to serve

Preparation

Brush salmon with Italian dressing and season with Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan Rub.

When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 325℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. 

Place salmon on the grill and cook for 20 to 30 minutes, until it reaches an internal temperature of 145℉ and flakes easily.

Remove salmon from grill. Serve with lemon wedges. Enjoy!
