1 3/4 Cup water
1/2 Teaspoon salt

1 Teaspoon kosher salt
1 Teaspoon ground cardamom
1 Teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 Teaspoon red pepper flakes
3/4 Cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
