Combine all ingredients in a large zip lock bag. Mix well. Place zip lock bag in a bowl and place in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours.
When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Keep the grill temperature on Smoke setting.
Drain the marinade and place the turkey strips on the grill. Let smoke for 4 hours or until the jerky is dry. Enjoy!
