Fresh flavor from field to Traeger. This wild turkey burger has a jalapeño kick and is topped with fresh tomatoes, avocado, arugula and a light and zesty mayonnaise spread.

For the mayonnaise spread: In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, rub, and lemon juice and mix well.
When ready to cook, set temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
In a small bowl combine the ground turkey, Fin & Feather rub, chopped jalapeños, and cilantro. Form ground turkey into 5 - 6 oz patties.
Place patties directly on the grill grate and cook 5-7 minutes. Flip and cook 5-7 minutes more or until internal temperature reaches 165℉. Remove from grill and set aside.
Spread mayonnaise mixture on the bottom bun, top with turkey burger, arugula, tomato, and avocado. Enjoy!
