Saucy little minx....
I normally favor my own sauces, but decided to give the Traeger sauces a go for a recent smoking session. It was a risky proposition for me as I was making ribs - my guests are normally left in a full moist puddle of satisfaction after cleaning the bones. Well, as usual, Traeger over-performed for me! After a good slow smoke using Traeger Big Game Rub, I wrapped the succulent, tender slabs and gently spanked them with Traeger Signature BBQ sauce. When relaxed and fully steamed, I unwrapped - the aroma from this sauce was intoxicating - we could have eaten them right then. Instead I slapped them a second time with their own foil-pack juices, and then hit 'em with some more right out of the jar and let them set up on my Traeger smoker for a few minutes. Needless to say, my guests devoured all I could give them, finishing the meal well spent and basking in the after-glow of their porkgasm. Don't assume all bottled sauces are the same! Give the Traeger Sauces a try and up your game to the next level!
