HOW DO I SHUT DOWN MY GRILL?

Once you’ve taken your food off the grill, turn the temperature gaige to Shut Down Cycle. Close the grill lid and let the internal fan run for about 10 minutes to cool down the grill. When the fan has automatically shut off you are done. You can flip the power switch to Off, unplug the grill, close any power outlets, and store extension cords.
