This Deep Dish Supreme Pizza is loaded with pepperoni, sausage, onions, and peppers, topped with mozzarella cheese and baked in a cast iron skillet on the grill.

As Needed extra-virgin olive oil
10 Ounce pizza dough
1/2 Cup pizza sauce
2 Cup mozzarella cheese
To Taste Parmesan cheese
1 Teaspoon fresh oregano
1 Teaspoon Basil, fresh
1/2 Pound Mild Italian Sausage
1 Half Bell Pepper, Green
2 Tablespoon onion, diced
1 Half Bell Pepper, Red
To Taste Mushrooms, fresh
To Taste Pepperoni, sliced
To Taste black olives

    When ready to cook, set grill temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

    Coat a 10 to 12-inch cast iron pan with extra virgin olive oil. Add your dough to the pan and press out through the bottom and up around the sides.

    To assemble the pizza, spread sauce on top of dough and add all toppings. Add mozzarella and fresh grated parmesan on top and sprinkle with oregano and basil.

    Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cheese and sauce is bubbling.
