Never pull from the box again. One bite and you’ll choose handcrafted and wood-fired baked every time.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp dried garlic
  • 1 tbsp dried onion
  • 2 tsp coarse salt
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp dried garlic
  • 1 tbsp dried onion
  • 2 tsp coarse salt

Preparation

When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to High and preheat lid closed 10-15 minutes.

Mix together flour, sugar and salt. Add the oil and water to form a soft sticky dough. If there is still flour in the bottom of the bowl add a little bit of water until all the flour is incorporated.

Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and roll out to 1/8th of an inch thick. If the dough begins to shrink back as you are rolling, cover the dough and let rest for 5 minutes then roll again. Mix the remaining seasonings together in a small bowl. Brush the dough with a little bit of water and sprinkle the seasoning over the cracker dough.

Cut the crackers into squares and transfer them to a parchment lined baking sheet leaving space between each cracker.

Place baking sheet on the grill grate and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the edges have begun to brown and the crackers are crisp. Serve with meat and cheese. Enjoy!
