When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to 225 and preheat, lid closed for 10-15 minutes.
In a bowl add nuts, 1 teaspoon of melted butter and Traeger Rub. Toss to mix well.
Spread nuts in a tray large enough to fit all nuts in a single layer. Place pan on Traeger to smoke for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Take off grill and immediately sprinkle 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
After nuts are cool enough mix it with apricot, M&M’s and orange peel. Enjoy!
