When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to 350 degrees F and preheat, lid closed for 10-15 minutes.
When the grill is hot, place the bacon slices directly on the grill grate and cook for 15-20 minutes or until crispy.
To build the sandwich, smear mayo on two pieces of toast. Layer lettuce leaves, tomatoes, bacon and top with the other piece of toast. Enjoy!
