When ready to cook, start the Traeger on Smoke with the lid open until a fire is established (4-5 minutes). Turn temperature to 400 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, swiss cheese (except cheese for topping), scallions, horseradish and crumbled bacon.
Transfer to a shallow small casserole or baking dish. Top the dip with the additional 1/4 cup of extra swiss cheese.
Place the casserole dish on the Traeger grill grate and cook until golden and bubbly at edges, 15 to 18 minutes.
Top with chopped scallions. Enjoy!
