Wash ribs and pat dry. Pull membrane off the back of ribs.
Set Traeger to 275 degrees F, and preheat, lid closed for 10-15 minutes.
Apply a thin coat of rub to the back of the ribs and all sides. Let rest 5 minutes.
Turn ribs over, apply a heavy coat of rub to the top and let rest, or “sweat” for 15 minutes.
Place ribs on the Traeger.
After 2 - 2.5 hours, check for doneness. If the meat is pulling away from the bones, remove from Traeger.
With one piece of foil, place ribs meat side up and pour ½ C peach nectar on top of ribs. Flip ribs over and pour ½ C Peach Nectar on top of ribs.
Wrap the foil around the ribs. Put ribs back on the Traeger with bone side up.
Cook for another 30-45 minutes or until tender, not fall off the bone!
Remove from Traeger and sauce the front and back on the ribs.
Place the ribs back on the Traeger for 15 minutes.
Remove, let rest for 15 minutes, slice and serve. Enjoy!
