When ready to cook, set Traeger to Smoke with the lid open (about 4 to 5 minutes).
Score the bologna log being careful not to cut too deep.
Mix together brown sugar, mustard, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce together. Once mixed, rub it all over the bologna.
Set the temperature to 225 degrees F and preheat with the lid closed for 5-10 minutes. Smoke bologna for 3-4 hours.
Slice and serve with sandwiches. Enjoy!
