Give your taste buds a pop of Cajun, it will keep them rocking long past dinner-time.

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive OIl
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp. Kosher Salt
  • 2 lbs. Shrimp, raw, peeled, deveined
  • 4 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive OIl
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, finely minced

Preparation

Plan ahead! This requires marinade time. In a large zip-top bag, combine all ingredients and gently toss to ensure all of the shrimp are covered. The shrimp can be covered and marinate for 3-4 hours, if desired.

When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke for 4-5 minutes to establish the fire. Close the lid, turn the temperature setting to High, and allow the grill to preheat for 10-15 minutes.

Thread the shrimp onto Traeger skewers and place directly on the hot grill grate. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until the flesh is opaque.

Serve and enjoy!
