Home to some of the world’s first barbecuers, the Arawak Indians, Jamaica is the birthplace of incendiary spice pastes and rubs that feature local Scotch Bonnet chiles, allspice, nutmeg, and mace. This rub will transport you to the islands, whether used on chicken, beef, or fish. Steel drum band not included.
