- Salmon Fillet
- Olive Oil
- Brown Sugar
- Dijon Mustard
- Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan Shake
- Traeger Salmon Shake
PREPARATION
Brush salmon with a mixture of the wet and dry ingredients. Start your Traeger on smoke with lid open for 5 minutes to get started. Place salmon on grill and smoke for 3 hours. Remove from grill and enjoy.
