From classic BBQ, to beer can chicken, salmon, mac & cheese, jalapeño poppers, and brownies this thing makes everything taste incredible. My favorite part about this smoker is the simple fact that there is no ruining expensive meats in a matter of minutes like a steak on a gas burner. I set alarms to check the probe temp (by the way kudos to Traeger for having built-in probes) and I barely keep an eye on the barrel temp. Honestly I have no reason to ever buy BBQ again and I live in Texas!
