Every single Shop Class is led by a Traeger Pro. Each pro team member brings their distinct cooking style to the table, making the Shop Class a truly unique experience. They'll sharpen your skills, and give you insights into classic wood-fired cooking techniques so that you can trim, prepare, rub, inject, brine, sauce, and smoke like a pro.

 The Utah BBQ Company is made up of Steve Johnson, Curtis Nations, and Fidel Astorga. Between these three award-winning pit masters, they have racked up 25 Grand Championships and 13 Reserve Grand Championships, even taking first place in the 2015 World Brisket Championship at the American Royal Invitational with a perfect score. Steve is also the owner of BBQ Pit Stop, Utah's premier BBQ Pro Shop.
