In a medium bowl combine ground beef, salt and black pepper and mix with hands to combine. Form into four 1/3 pound patties.
When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to High and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Grill burgers on High for 5-6 minutes or until internal temperature registers 130 degrees F for medium rare. Top burgers with cheese in the last minute or so to melt. Remove from grill and set aside to rest.
Place spam and pineapple on the grill and cook, flipping occasionally until warmed through and lightly browned. Place another slice of cheese on spam and continue to cook until melted.
Toast English muffins on grill. Place bottom buns on a cutting board. Top with a slice of pineapple. Add burger patty and top with SPAM. Top with Sriracha mayonnaise, then close burger. Serve immediately, enjoy!
